Okay, so this is Big Swiss Brewing’s blog. For now, it is going to stand in as our webpage too.
As you can imagine, we have tons of tasks to do as we set up our craft brewery. We – David & Adam – will make every effort to write about our experiences as we set up our brewery in Charleston, West Virginia.
